The new Miss Soweto 2009 is 19-year-old student Keneilwe Maduko. She won the title Saturday night, beating 19 other finalists. First runner-up was Refiloe Motsei, 23. Second runner-up was Lerato Mokoena, 20. The Miss Soweto pageant celebrated its 30th anniversary this year.
