Joyce Jacobi, a 21-year old law student from David (Chiriquí) was crowned Miss International Panama during the finals of the Bellezas Panamá beauty contest held at the Centenario ballroom in the Vasco Núñez de Balboa Convention Center in Panama City.
Jacobi , stands 1.73 m in height and will represent Panama at the Miss International 2009 beauty pageant to take place in Japan and Macau, next November.
