Ayesha Gilani from Lahore and Washington DC won the 7th Miss Pakistan World pageant. She is a model and a resident beauty expert of Sapna Magazine in the United States. Ayesha could possibly represent Pakistan at the 2009 Miss Earth pageant on October. Yusra Mumtaz was the 1st runner-up, while Uzma Ali became the 2nd runner-up.
