Natalia Quinones Perez, 23 years old, from Jalisco will represent Mexico at the 2009 Miss Earth pageant this November. The new Miss Earth Mexico was crowned at Siglo XXI Convention Center in Yucatan. Siri Mazari Lizarraga of Morelos, Pamela Olivas Chaparro of Chihuahua and Jessica Cecilia Formenti Canseco of Baja California Sur were the runners-up.
