Fashion model Roxana Ilie was chosen as Miss Earth Romania 2009. She will compete at the 2009 Miss Earth Pageant in the Philippines on November. Roxana is 19 years old from Mamaia, Litoral and has represented Romania in Miss Fashion TV 2008.
