Loredana Violeta Salanta, 18 from Bistrita, was crowned Miss World Romania 2009 at the Cantacuzino Castle in Bucharest. She will represent Romania in Miss World 2009 in South Africa next December.
First runner-up was Alexandra Dumitrache from Mioveni, who will compete in Miss Tourism Queen Int'l 2010.
