Eighteen year-old model Elza Marku was crowned Miss Kosova 2009 and will represent Kosovo at the 9th annual Miss Earth contest in Boracay, the Philippines. Elza is also the current Top Model of Kosovo and a semi-finalist in Top Model of the World 2009. She was also a runner-up in Miss Universe Kosovo 2008 and a finalist in Miss Shqiperia 2008.
