Mariana Paola Vicente, Miss Rio Grande, was crowned Miss Univere Puerto Rico 2010 during the inaugural pageant of the national competition under PR Crown Entertainment and Runway Media Productions. The new Puerto Rican delegate to Miss Universe 2010 is a model and student at the University of Puerto Rico in Rio Piedras. The runners-up were: Miss Carolina -Ariana Rodriguez (1st), Miss Cayey -Aideliz Hidalgo (2nd), Miss Mayaguez -Yeidy Enid Bosques (3rd) and Miss Hatillo -Coral Del Mar Casanova (4th).
