Racine Manley from Dededo won the 2009 Miss Guam Universe title. Racine is a native Chamorro who is 24 years old and stands 5 feet and 6 inches. She is also interested in studying the native language of Guam and in her official bio, she used some phrases in the Chamorro language including the greeting Hafa Adai. Aside from snatching the big title, Racine also received several special awards including Miss Photogenic, Best in Evening Gown and Best in Swimsuit. Finishing as first runner-up is Clarissa Damian and the second runner-up is Jodee Catahay.
