Victoria Fernandez , who stand 178 cm, was crowned Reina Nacional de la Belleza during an event telecast live from the Barcelo Bavaro Convention Center in the Dominican Republic.
She will represent the Dominican Republic at the Miss International 2009 contest in Japan.
