19 year old chloe mortaud (center) represented albigeous-midi pyrenées and can speak 4 language such as french, english, spanish and chinese bested 35 other candidates for the miss france 2009 pageant. she will represent france in the miss universe and miss world 2009 pageants. camille cheyere (left) 1st runner up will compete in miss international 2009.
