Miss France 2010

Miss Normandie Malika Menard was crowned as the new Miss France in Nice. The 22-year old student will represent France at Miss Universe and Miss World contests in 2010. Virginie Dechenaud of Rhone-Alpes, Mélanie Craignou of Britanny, Emilie Corbi of Provence and Nathalie Ample of Quercy were the runners-up.

Magalie Thierry, a 22 year-old professional model, won the 2009 Miss Earth France title and gave her the opportunity to compete at Miss Earth 2009 in the Philippines. Magalie is a pageant veteran and a former Miss Haute-saone and Miss France-comte titleholder.
