Miss Normandie Malika Menard was crowned as the new Miss France in Nice. The 22-year old student will represent France at Miss Universe and Miss World contests in 2010. Virginie Dechenaud of Rhone-Alpes, Mélanie Craignou of Britanny, Emilie Corbi of Provence and Nathalie Ample of Quercy were the runners-up.
